Verified Renter The response from the office and maintenance is always timely and sufficient. I have been able to live here pretty comfortably.

Verified Renter Living at Olympic by Windsor has been a great experience in the Downtown Los Angeles area. Management is very responsive and always on top of it. The apartments themselves are nice and we chose this unit specifically based on the balcony, in unit w/d and central air. We love our view. We are happy with our experience living at Olympic by Windsor. (Big shoutout to Morgan for being a great leasing/community member!)

Verified Renter Management has been very helpful and prompt with every request. Very kind leasing office. Only issue has been I live in a unit facing the ally way, so there is a lot of early morning noise from garbage trucks.
