Verified Renter Olympic has a great central location, next to incredible food and entertainment *plus* groceries and transportation. The views are excellent, the common areas are beautiful and well-maintained, and the staff are helpful and friendly.
Verified Renter The leasing experience prior to move in was unprofessional and unsatisfactory but I moved in based on the price of the apartment. Since move in the experience has improved but could be a lot better. No one ever answers the phone at the leasing office, you have to walk to the office to get assistance.

Verified Renter I absolutely love my penthouse-esque top floor apartment. Its beautiful with floor to ceiling windows. Only gripe is the noise of fire truck and ambulances every hr or so, but otherwise, love it.
