Verified Renter The features and amenities of the building have raised my quality of life exponentially. The building creates community through social activities like pizza parties and food truck Thursdays. This is wonderful especially if youre new to Los Angeles.
Verified Renter Maintenance is handled in a timely manner! Omar does a great job and he makes sure that you are happy with his repairs. He even asked if there was anything else he could help us with after he finished the list.
Since Windsor took over, terrible apartment I lived here with the old management team and since Windsor took over the building everything has gone to crap. They clean the porch areas twice a month instead of daily, staff doesn't live here so they are never around, I found syringes in the stairwells and junkies are always hanging out around the building, the parking lot has been full three times despite paying $120 for for reserved parking, they don't give me a notice when my packages come even though they told me they'd have... read more
HORRIBLE NEW MANAGEMENT. AVOID THIS PLACE. Windsor Management has taken over and the property has had serious issues since that very week of the turnover. Management is awful. Was such great place under Hanover.
Best Living Experience in DTLA! If you are looking to move to the DTLA area look no further! We lived there for a year and absolutely loved it. The only reason we left was because we decided to buy downtown otherwise we would not have even thought twice about resigning our lease.
