Verified Renter I love living at Olympic by Windsor. Most of the tenants are friendly. It's a great place to live. My 6 complaints about Olympic by Windsor are as follows: 1. There is no constant management presence. 2. No one ever answers when you call. You must leave a message. (The plus is: Ellison always calls back). 3. The elevators are always dirty. They should be cleaned daily. 4. The hallway in front of the elevators on the 7th floor need to be cleaned every 3-7 days. 5. It took maintenance 3 days after I called to c... read more

Verified Renter I truly love my place, the video before we moved showed two coat closets, and an outdoor patio. I got 1 coat closet and no patio, so I was like…ok. But it is still spacious, and my neighbors are really nice.

Verified Renter I had such a pleasant experience! Opting for the self-guided tour to explore the property, I quickly fell in love. After applying, Jalen assisted me promptly and with kindness. He made the entire experience worthwhile. I feel like I toured nearly every 2-bedroom apartment in DTLA, and the window properties are undoubtedly top-tier in terms of apartment quality and service. I couldn’t thank Jalen and the Windsor Property team enough for helping me and my family get into our new home.
