Had an estimated conducted for new home in Morton on Thursday 11/30/2017. (we need a 30 amp 220 volt disconnect mounted on outside wall of our living room to support a ductless air conditioner/heater). Its now Tuesday and still haven't heard anything from them-we did follow-up with customer service dept but still, nothing from the technician. This is very unprofessional in my opinion. Shouldn't be kept waiting for 4 days.
Their service is excellent. The technicians are helpful and are always on time.
Great job by Tara and John in arranging and completing the service for my heating system.
Great tech but price gauged. Would not recommend. Can get someone else to do same job for a reasonable price.
