Showed up on time and fixed my air conditioning unit. Price was very fair and he didn't try to upsell or get me to sign up for a worthless service contract. Repairman was respectful and clean, and called before he was 15 minutes away
Terrible experience with Oliver. Been nearly a month since our a/c was leaking freon and they advised us to use it no more than an hour at a time. Be aware that having a maintenance contract does not make you a priority for fixing a problem, only having no a/c at all does.
Had Scott Picha out to the house to give me a quote on an HVAC replacement. Price was very fair lowest for that system and competitive for similar systems. He was respectfully of my time. Walked me through the reasons behind the proposal. I'd work with him again.

27 year customer that has paid for maintenance agreements in 2 different homes currently in day 3 without heat! Second time in 13 months that mistakes and miscommunications have resulted in multiple consecutive days without heat!
We really liked the sales guy Tom and the guys who did our install were so nice. We had an issue with parts but it was resolved and staff went above and beyond to make sure the issue was resolved quickly.
