Timely response and did a great job servicing my HVAC.
RecommendedI had an 8:30a appointment scheduled this morning. The Technician, Mike was on-time, put his booties on when walking through our home and could not have been more professional, pleasant and helpful. We had two AC units serviced. Mike did an excellent job and pointed out that there were unplugged holes in the exhaust of both units. This can emit harmful gases throughout your home. He plugged both holes with silicone. Oliver's dispatch people and Mike were top-notch! Also, the pricing was very reasonable.
Have always been very satisfied. Very professional, on time, clean up after job is complete.
New entry for Nick, Electrical Technician Who serviced my whole home generated and Lisa, Customer Service who assisted in scheduling. Both were very professional, polite, and efficient. Oliver has done several installations (air conditioner, gas heater, gas hot water heater, and a whole house generator) and performed service for us over the past 15 years. We have been extremely satisfied with both installations and service. They have always been efficient and professional.
Prompt service when our Mr Slim unit stopped working. Brandon the service tech was polite and informative. I wish we would have called them first, the other company has yet to get back to us even though they put us on their “emergency” list!
