On July 9th an Oliver Plumber came out to my home. The kitchen sink is clogged. The blockage is at the main soil pipe in the basement. He said he needed to order a 1-1/2" x 2" ferrule and install a wye with a clean out plug. A week later on July 16 I called and asked what is taking so long? Reply was parts should be in today, Monday and we will call and schedule an appointment. I called on Tuesday asking what part needed to be ordered that can't be purchased locally and why is this taking so long? I was put on hold and the d... read more
You do not answer service calls, not once but twice.
We have contracts for the HVAC, Electrical and Water and every service is excellent, prompt and they clean up really well.
