RecommendedWe’ve called Oliver HVAC to replace our A/C unit and later to replace our water heater. They provide high quality products with excellent service, just like they advertise. They are my “go to” for any HVAC needs. Try them, you’ll be glad you did.
Tim Kealey came to fix a missing drip leg and a leak in our heating system. He was a great plumber. He explained everything he was trying to do, provided us with different options for fixtures and services, and ultimately made the alterations and repairs he did easy to understand. As a bonus, he's great with kids and pets, which was a relief, since we have both and always worry about them getting in the way!
Not impressed have been waiting for a week to get my unit running again. They don't seem to care!!!
I couldn't be more disappointed at the lack of customer service with this company. They diagnosed a problem with our AC 4 days ago and said they could potentially fix it the next day if the part came in. We paid it full. Since then we've had to call for updates just to get the run-around. We were told that the part came in but that it was"broken" so it would take a few more days. I am very pleased with Oliver's installation of our new heating and air conditioning systems. They offered a quality product at a price that couldn't come close to being matched by (2) of their strongest competitors. And I look forward to using their services for years to come.
