I have had Oliver for the past 25 years for my home and for several years for a rental property as well. They have always provided good service and when I needed new equipment I used them without getting other quotes. Now however I think I'm getting screwed on the annual maintenance for new furnace and A/C units and I'm not getting a call back. Very upset and disappointed. I feel like switching companies. the prices are outrageous they rip people off I was charged over 800.00 for a 500.000 job called others

Been with Oliver 25 years and technicians are top notch. However, the crew handling the bi-annual scheduling for preventive maintenance makes me wonder if I should be with them for another 25 minutes!! Bernie or Joe need to address this ASAP!
We had yearly maintenance done on our A/C this afternoon (for Superior Plus). I'm sorry I don't remember the name of the Oliver technician who did the service, but he was the best we have ever had. Quieted noise in our unit and did a thorough cleaning. He was terrific. R. Haines
