I had a very bad experience at saltlake branch, kolkata. They gave me wrong information and took money from me without any service and tortured me for 1 hour.. very bad service.. bad staff
Got 2 PRP session from them. They asked initially to give them 5 stars on Google. I did but to my surprise after 2 PRP sessions my hairfall has worsened. Dr Riddhima who did my PRP is too short tempered and ignorant to even listen to you. Neha the receptionist also has a very off putting attitude. It feels they are doing some charity when you ask questions on their procedure efficacy. They prescribed Dutasteride even when my Hormonal profile was elevated and said it has no side effects. I really appreciate the fact that she took the time to understand my concerns, patiently answered all my questions, and put my mind at ease about my condition.
