I contacted Olin Plumbing to investigate a minor water leak in my house. Derek arrived at the scheduled time and was professional from start to finish. He quickly located the source of the leak, offered several options for repairs, and explained the information I would need to provide my homeowner's insurance company. My main drain clogged on a Saturday evening. After trying to snake it out on my own with a manual snake I got at Lowes, and after much pain and sorrow (not to mention a very unhappy wife), I panicked and decided to call Mr. Olin. He showed up within 45 minutes and got it fixed in little time. His prices are reasonable and he guarantees his work for a year. After a few weeks the drain clogged again and Mr. Olin came back to address the problem.

Derek Olin owner of Olin plumbing was at my home this morning to repair the water line to my refrigerator> The water was not getting to the ice maker. He and his assistant Jennifer were very professional and explained the issues with the line, the causes and the solution where I could understand what was going on. Olin Plumbing is my plumber. Their service is 5 stars. They were quick, clean, neat and professional. I have had a few (small and not so small) plumbing needs in the past few years. Olin is the only plumber I will use. I know I will get 5 star service when I call them.

Olin plumbing is a great company that cares for their clients. They fixed my plumbing issues in my dry cleaner. They go the extra mile to make sure the customer is happy and fairly charged for the performed work. They are pleasant and professional. I will use them again and definitely recomment them to friends, family, and other businesses.
