Honesty that is hard to find. Mr. Derek gave me a quote to unclog our kitchen sink. In the process he ran into an existing problem that made a 20 minute job last 2 hours. Because he failed to warn me of potential problems in the beginning, he took full responsibility and did not charge me any extra, even after me offering to pay more. The service was great and VERY CLEAN. By the way, About Time Plumbing wanted twice as much for the job. I highly recommend Olin Plumbing!

Mr. Olin is a fine Craftsman in his trade. He stands by his work and he demonstrated this by making a follow up warranty repair in less that 24 hours of me contacting him. He is conscientious and thinks out the work that he is asked to perform, as he followed through with his his desire to make a repair that what would be least offensive to the house. Mr. Olin was recommended to me after we had tried everything to unclog my sink lines. Well, apparently in our 'home repair' we busted a pipe. Mr. Olin came out when we were available, and fixed our pipe quickly and efficiently. He is now my GO TO guy for plumbing!

Mr Olin provided great service on New Years Day and came out immediately. His work was thorough and he provided insight on the repairs so you knew exactly what he was doing. His work was superior to the work that was done with our home was built. Great work! Would recommend him to anyone.

I called Olin Plumbing when I heard running water in my bathroom when all faucets were turned off. Derek Olin's thorough and diligent efforts uncovered a burst pipe underneath the floor in the hallway. The pipe was replaced and Derek was more than fair with me regarding the cost for this large project. Weeks later, I called again when I heard the same noise. Fast, efficient, experienced. Completely positive experience. Sure wish I'd called Olin Plumbing instead of the other outfit I used originally (Olin fixed what they didn't do properly- *and* provided expert advice on something unrelated- saving me a service call to an appliance repair tech).
