I had an intermittent leak and had difficulty pinpointing the source. Derek Olin arrived with his team to take a look. I greatly appreciated that he asked me questions and listened to my answers and in no time located and repaired the problem. Would never use him again, called on Tuesday to schedule appt for Friday 8 AM at 9 AM called him sounded like he just crawed out of bed. I'm all about supporting small business but this guy is very disappointing and gives other small business plumbers who want to make money a bad name. Took off this morning so eI would be there. I am so mad. DO NOT DEPEND ON THIS GUY YOU WILL BE SORRY. He should have to pay me for my missed time of work. Riduculous! and WAY OVER RATED! if rated at all.

i.e., A local favorite, I called for a stopped up sink around 7pm and got a plumber at my house first thing the next morning even though it was the 4th of July! Without charging us extra, Joe came out and fixed my problems, including calling the owner in to check out an electrical problem. I just had Joe from Olin Plumbing leave my house. He did an amazing job!!!! Not only did he fix what was broken , but he also checked other things to make sure they were working properly. I'm so happy I called Olin for my plumbing needs. Thanks to their awesome plumber Joe and their local company for our home plumbing needs!!!!

I had an ongoing issue with my sewer. Derek came out, located the problem and gave me a reasonable quote to do the work. As promised he replaced the sewer from my house to the road, had it operational in one day, inspected and cleaned up in three, which included replacing a part of my driveway that had to be removed.

I called Olin Plumbing because he was recommended to me by Scott Kittrell (very good and fair A/C repairman). Derek Olin came to my home in a very timely manner. He discovered a leak under the slab and agreed to come and repair it the very next day. After HOURS of work the leak was located and repaired and new concrete was poured. Mr Olin is a very honest and a gentleman and I feel lucky to have found this company.

Mr. Olin does has been our plumber for years. He has fix our different plumbing issues that spring up with an older home. He is prompt and courteous, and every place he has fix, we never had an issue with that problem. His repairs last, and we don't have to worry about leaks. During a DIY installation of a new kitchen faucet, I ended up cracking the existing old PVC piping for the hot water feed. I attempted to fix that the following day and foolishly caused further issues when I tried to straighten the crimped copper tubing feeding hot water to my dishwasher.
