We use Olin Plumbing at our business from leaks to repairs to inspecting and repairing backflow devices. Every job they have done has been flawless. Since I needed some help at my condo, I called and asked if they could help. Derek drove 40 miles to give me an estimate on Friday. He came back Saturday to make the repairs and, while doing the repairs, he noticed that my toilets really needed to be rebuilt. Derek Olin came out within an hour of so of me calling him. I thought it was the valve going into my villa and sure enough it was, the gate had dropped and I had no water pressure inside. He diagnosed the water problem, gave me a price to fix it and set to work. He fixed it better than it was. I was impressed as I talked with him and saw him put his 40+ years of Master Craftsman Skills to work. Excellent job and I would highly recommend him and his company. We began using Olin a few years ago. Company is very responsive, and professional. Recently someone ran over the water service for our building and Olin was here faster than the City of Tampa! Great response time, great service and even more HONEST! They "do it right once" instead of returning over and over to accomplish the final repair. Great company to work with. Peggy

I had a afterhour sink blockage in a condo, I was fortunate that Mr. Derek was contacted and withing 25 minutes he was here and opened the drain. He was considerate, kind and did a great job. When he left everything was back in place ,no mess and he is was a geniunly nice guy. I would recommend Olin Plumbing to both private homes and commercial ... Honest and Friendly,Quality work, etc....I wish this company well. Ken....

I tried to fix my shower on my own, which led to a minor disaster. When I called Olin, I didn't know how to turn off the water in the house but Jennifer calmed me down and walked me through finding the water cut-off. Very professional when I was flustered and very appreciated. Derek then came out on that Saturday afternoon to fix the shower and while he was here he even took a look at a few other problems I was having. Anyway, great experience and highly recommend.

I called about a slow drain, and although I found other nearby plumbers online advertising a cheaper price to unclog a drain, I still called Olin Plumbing to come out to do an estimate. They arrived the same day, and what pleased me most was that it was Mr, Olin himself, who is a master plumber, and not some young tech. Mr. Olin did not try to up-sell me on anything. He promptly unclogged the drain and was on his way. I will definitely use him again the next time I need a plumber.
