Had some plumbing done to both guest bathrooms in the townhouse that we were renting in South Tampa and Olin Plumbing came out and did a fantastic job! Very fast and efficient too!!
I called for bathroom toilet and bath tube back up in the both. Water was running out of the toilet and backing up into the tube this past Sunday December 9,2012. Derek arrived at my home in just a short time and cleaned the main line out and then he cleaned out the drainin the bath tube. He did a great job and my tube and toilet were working just fine. I've now received plumbing services for about 2-years. My experience has always been without fault or delay. Even when they discover the problem is not plumbing, They do not charge for services, just for the call. If they had made an error they return at no cost. Joe came out to replace a fixture, during which he discovered a valve that was going bad. Had he not checked it, I could have had a flooded floor in the near future. It is great to know that he was thorough to make sure that everything was working properly.
Derek was fantastic. He was on-time, profesional and didn't leave any mess after re-plubming my kitchen sink and installing a new facucet. He also repaired my water main after it broke at 8pm on a Friday that same day. He answered the call after the first ring and was at my house within an hour. I was greateful he didn't charge me an arm and a leg for an emergency call like that. I would recommend him 100% and will use him exclusively going forward.
Very professional, reasonable rates, prompt, highly recommend!!! This is the second time Olin has come to my home and repaired someone else's shoddy work. Best plumber around, period.
Joe from Olin plumbing came and did a great job. Gave me plenty information about my water heater and overall did a great job.
Didn't feel confortable with the qoute I got. Called another licensed plumber and got an excellent job done by someone else for about 1/4 the qoute I got from Olin. For your own well being, always get another qoute.
Derrick, Joe & Mike were the best plumbers we've ever hired. Not only did they fix the problems we had, they corrected mistakes the last plumber had carelessly made inside our wall. We will use them for any future plumbing jobs.
