Olin Plumbing has been our plumber since day one in their business. I don't know why anyone would even consider calling another plumber. Derek Olin is an absolute ace at figuring out how to deal with difficult problems while minimizing inconvenience and cost, and that's how he's built his company. Olin plumbing is a company with integrity, and thats unfortunately not very common is this weakened economy. Derrick doesnt just fix our problems, he explains the reason for the problem. He has never let me down or caused me to question his work. I would personally recommend him to anyone.
Prompt, clean, and professional. Would highly recommend. Only minor complaint was cost for what turned out to be a 10 minute job, but nothing out of the ordinary from any other plumbing service.

After dealing unsuccessfully with another plumbing company twice on the same issue, Mr. Olin came out within an hour of my phone call, quickly got to work, figured out the problem and fixed it in a short amount of time. He was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable in his work, and explained what the problem was and what to do if it happened again. I'm so glad he was recommended to us, and we certainly won't be using another company any more!
I called Olin Plumbing on 07/21/13 because I did not have any hot water. Derek answered the phone and was at my house less than 45 minutes later. He replaced the water heater part and I had running hot water within 90 minutes. He was very friendly, he knew what he was doing. Derek did some plumbing repairs on a rental property and did a great job for us. The office personnel had great communication, he showed up on time, and completed several projects in one day. We would recommend Olin Plumbing without hesitation. Derek really knows what he's doing!
My hot water heater was broken and needed some plumbing modifications to bring it up to code. After getting an outrageous estimate from another plumber, I called Olin on the recommendation of a friend. I was glad I did! He worked around my schedule for both the estimate and the install. He also took the time to answer my million questions about the process! Plus the price was reasonable. Highly recommend!
