Olin provided the best service ever. I had a problem with a backup of the kitchen sink. Assessment was made by another plumber earlier but could not find how to resolve it. Olin later came out and troubleshoot the issue and resolved the problem the same day with a 1 year guarantee. Olin was professional and efficient. I know now who to call on in the future.

Mr. Olin came to our house to give an estimate for re-piping the entire house. He was on time, crawled all the way under the house to make sure he had a full understanding of the job to give an accurate estimate (which not all the other companies that came out were willing to do), and then quoted a fair priace similar to the other companies that priced the job. Today I had no water in my house. I called Olin Plumbing. Derek answered the phone immediately and said he would be at my home when he completed the job he was working on. He was here within an hour. He promptly diagnosed the problem and resolved it in just a few minutes. In addition, Derek was courteous, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend Olin Plumbing to anyone with a plumbing issue!

Derek to the rescue. Sunday morning we awoke to a slow, but, steady leak coming from our second floor. Derek Olin was not only very responsive but to my surprise found the leak without having to cut into my ceiling. It's been a few days since Derek was here and no more leaking! 2 weeks ago on Saturday evening, a line sprung a leak between my 2nd and 1st floors. Result - wet ceiling in my den. I shut off the water to the house early that morning and put in a call to my regular plumber. After no response I called back. Answering service told me he didn't work Sunday and my call had been referrred to another company.
