Every time my husband goes to see someone about his back pain and his PTSD no one knows what the hell they are doing and he is still in pain. This shit need to stop and he needs help now!!!!
Horrible. 4 hrs and still haven't been seen. Staff is BSing in the back.
I have been here with my dad a few times , it's chaotic , the staff is rude when you ask them questions , just watching how staff treats other veterans is sad they are rude. These men and women deserve better , and when he has had to go to another facility for emergency care va denies payment saying it was not emergent. With that being said I will not take a way from the very few staff members and that's just it very few that were nice .
I have been going to the OKC VA for fifteen years and Dr Malatinszky has been my doctor and I have always received first class service! Yesterday I had lunch with a retired Marine and he feels the same way. We are fortunate to have this VAin OKC! Larry R Markowski
My uncle was here and he has one leg and one of the docs came in they needed a wheelchair and she asked why do you need a wheelchair when he only has one leg she made me real mad
Absolutely the worst medical facility I've ever set foot on. We vets deserve so much better. Please quit hiring Muslim solider hating Dr's please.
