Very rude people in there. My husband went there today to get his sleep apnea’s kit. He was asking how to use the the kit but the lady just give him attitude and told him just read the directions..it doesnt make sense bcoz my husband ask the person on the phone if they can mail it to him but they said they will give him a short class how to use the kit! He drove from Lawton to okc just for that. She lucky i am not with my husband today. ��
Husband went in the Emergency room to 6 hours they said we see your pain but can't figure out why so we are just going to send you home.
My husband went into the ER with a ruptured appendix. We were sent to the ICU and then 7th floor (East side) for recovery after his procedure. The nurses staff in ICU and on 7E were absolutely amazing. They were kind, patient and knowledgeable. Justin was our nurse during the day and he had a wonderful personality and such a positive view!! This was some of the best service we have ever had in an emergency situation. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your service!
My overall experience was pretty good. I always love going to visit the gift shop because they have pretty good and fair prices. The only complaint I have is I saw a employee in front of the pizza area with his shirt off. Talking about his tattoos. I couldn't believe my eyes!!! He was cursing and saying some nasty things. I asked someone if they knew what his name was and they said Brandon. He didn't even notice any of us looking at him he was so into himself. I am an U.S. American Veteran and I was at the VA Hospital yesterday afternoon and I notice this young African American young man with his green uniform shirt off, bare chested and flexing his muscles and showing off his tattoos in front of the pizza restaurant as I was walking down the hallway. He also was making derogatory comments about someone that I find very disrespectful and very unprofessional in that young man named Brandon Walker.
tried to order my prescription today, can't get through on the phone, automated system sucks...if you're not carrying the bottle around, you can't give them the scrip number. How about making it a little harder for us vets, so maybe we'll just give up and leave you people alone? The Oklahoma City VA is the reason i have high blood pressure!!!!!
