Doctors and Staff very attentive to my Soldier. Took phenomenal care of him and me, kept me informed of all that they going to do, answered questions and addressed any concerns. Wonderful staff, thank you for taking care of my Soldier.

Husband gets worse care ever here. Cant even get Patient Advocacy to call me! Isnt that what they are paid to do? Hes been misdiagnosed, now waited 2 days for his pain meds, staff is condescending, rude and they dont listen.
My dad was cared for through the ER... he received prompt care and all of the care professionals I dealt with were kind and compassionate with him. Thank you.
we have met the greatest group of Doctors and Volunteers, along with the Veterans themselves. I was able to get my Dad back into the system this year and he has been able to get his first paid hearing aides, a great team to check his hearing status and have been there to help adjust and show him how to care for them. The same is true with regards to his eyes. examined and new glasses delivered. in both cases they were delivered earlier than expected.

I went for the second time to have my ex husbands eligibility pulled over from another state. Shaun was so helpful I was stunned. Not only was he able to take care of the eligibility in a matter of minutes, he walked me over to help me get an immediate answer regarding a PCP because my ex husband is not mobile. I can’t completely express my gratitude for the excellent service I have received! You’re the best, Shaun!
Sent my diabetic husband home on steroids with no instructions in regards to insulin. Prednisone could have been given in pill for as it is absorbed by the body 100%.We had to have nurses come to our home to set up IV each day. They could not stay to remove IV. It was left to me. We were not given a diagnosis because we might Google it. Pretty sure we have a right to medical test results. He was kept waiting in er for 5 hours after triage as a stroke patient.
