For one, get good dr's, not dr's that suck so bad they couldn't make it in private practice, like dr. rafiq.
Some departments are better than other departments, but the staff that deals with travel pay are terrible. That department needs more employees, and to stop making excuses for being lazy and not doing their jobs. There's no excuse to not receive travel pay..still wait almost 2 months later for them to process the paperwork. It just sits on their desks and stacks up. Then you keep calling them, and all they have is excuses. We are way behind. That's not my problem. If you can't do your job find a new one.
I went to the VA for a eye exam and then went to the optical shop and ordered my glasses. It has been 8 weeks and I called them this morning and they forgot to order them.

Treatment is Great there it’s people who care Never had to Wait Very long Patients are Top Priority
If you’re really sick or have something to do in the next day or so, don’t come here. Any civilian hospital is much, much better.
