none of the doctors pay attention to what I say. they're not interested in medical records showing what I've already been diagnosed with so I have to go through all the testing again when something comes up. they don't listen when I tell them what treatments have worked in the past. they act like EVERY medicine I ask for is a narcotic, including birth control. it takes months to be seen in a specialty care clinic. unhelpful in every way.
I left messages for the hospital director requesting he call this 24 year Army veteran back to answer a few questions I have as I prepare a letter to the Secretary for Veterans’ Affairs about the disgraceful, belligerent conduct and attitude of the hospital’s interim chief of police toward private citizens AND a veteran. I also asked to speak to the chief himself. Crickets. Rest assured this will also be addressed in my letter.

I invite you all to call the Request of Information office #'s. 456-5718 & 456-5148. Both will keep you on hold for about 6 minutes just to tell you the numbers don't work. I spoke with Hillary Hynson in person last week to send some information to an outside party and the ROI office continues to drop the ball.
Plenty of helpful people to navigate you around the complex. Lab technician was awesome. HR fingerprinting technician was very sweet. Great experience.
came for his cardiologist appointment and have been here for 3 hours and 26 minutes because they said the doctor had a patient with medical issues but we would be next that was an hour ago.
