long wait times especially at the ER. Problems getting appointments, and even if you do it's mediocre care.
So back in October I posted that I had scheduled an appointment with the VA Hospital. They scheduled me for Dec. 15th 52 days later. Well got a call today that the Doctor wont be there the 15th so they have to reschedule for Jan 3rd.....19 more days for a grand total thus far of 71 days from the day i called till my appointment.
Mr Will Larry gave me the most helpful information about my situation and guidance. I’m on the right path to succeed. Thank you so much V.A and the proud V.A. Employee proud military/Army veteran Will Larry.
2nd time at prosthetics first time waited 3 1/2 hours for a knee brace that they had to order Came back to pick it up and have been waiting 1 1/2 hours. Something has to change!!
I would rather go to the VA here in OkC than I would something like St Anthony.
Just moved to Yukon, woke up hearing aid broke, called and was given the instructions and showed up. Met a representative named Larry Will in the benefits office. Excellent man to meet for FIRST TIME using the services. Got me "IN" your system and got all my records from my last state. Very professional and extremely helpful. Great experience to start off my "new' residence in Oklahoma.
Simply because you dont do enough testing to find underlying issues No choices for alternative care and also primary care doctors resigned
