Piss pour parking lot setup and where the hell are people supposed to park for the ER? And your "Volunteers" are lazy as hell. I'm in a wheelchair because of a sprained ankle. I asked for their help getting to the ER and one of them flat out said "Well I can't help you with you that." If I had affordable options for healthcare, I certainly wouldn't be here.
It's like a casino. Sometimes it's awesome, sometimes not. Take a gamble, you might win it big.
Conditions are horrible. Patients being treated in hallways and supply rooms!!! Trash, dirty clothes, used ivs left all over the place.
Ortho drs suck. No continuity of care. Hospital admin hides from patients and run like scared rabbits when you want to speak with them about issues. Indian Health Services could teach them a lot. Won't go back till they can prove they have made it better. A hospital admin needs to meet with me personally about the issues before I step foot back in that place
I am very impressed with the service, support and the attitude displayed by all levels of VA personnel at the VA Hospital in OKC.
Had a great time at the va the staff was great the parking lot was full an it took me a long time to find a place
Thankful for my husband's care but I wish they would get the parking garage finished. I saw 2 car's get hit yesterday and the drivers just drove off. It's getting bad.
