So 2nd time to the VA E.R. at we have been here for over 3 hours. Haven't been called back at all along with the rest of the vets I see around us. I think it is insane that the guys/ladies are having to sit and wait being sick and in pain.
The customer service on the 7th floor check in desk was far from acceptable. I was there the GYN clinic and when I tried to tell her twice that 2 patients went back before... she gave an attitude and said "the nurse will come get you when they are ready", "you already had your vitals"... I had to tell her no... I haven't had that done and it's been an hour.... she preferred to have a visit with fellow employee than find out why I had not had my vitals done yet The worst of it all.. they have a checkin system that gives numbe... read more
They got me in early and within 6 hrs Dr called me to let me know the results of cat scan.
The lady at front desk was useless and had an attitude like who cares I'm getting paid by the hour! Now, the other girl at front was awesome and the lady that helped me with appointment was awesome. First Lady didn't check me in proper so I sat out there for 35 min. And they were ready for me. I even checked in at kiosk and went to desk to verify!
