I had a very good experience there, staff were friendly, you didn't have to wait an ungodly amount of time. Only thing I could complain about is parking..but that is anywhere you go!
The staff are good and caring but it took longer to try to find a parking place than it took to see the occupational therapist.
Horrible, drove 2 hours for my appointment then had to wait an additional 2 hours to see the doctor. Finally saw the doctor who said if I stopped smoking I would no longer have the issues with my hip. WTF really I have hip issues because I smoke? Then had to drive another 2 hours home, what a waste of time.
Good health care with carrying employees. You have to wait your turn as there are lots of vets. But, that's OK. If you have an emergency they do their best to take care of you.
Just at the VA yesterday! So proud of our veterans. What a great group of friendly people even when facing struggles. Thanx to the staff for your dedicated service!
