Went to get my shots for my knees. They didnt order them after i called a week ago to remind them. So now i have to go back and wasted a day for nothing. Upset.
The parking sucked as usual. The upside is my 88 year old father is there in intensive care and the doctor's and nurses are awesome I can't thank them enough. My dad is out of icu and doing really well all things considered. Thanks again to the MICU staff y'all are awesome
3 weeks so far to get ahold of someone to take care of a bill. This is how they treat our veterans. I have been trying to get ahold of travel pay and get a bill from Dec that has already been authorized to be paid taken care of. I have tried leaving my number after being on hold for hours on end to no avail. All I want is the bill to be paid before it hits my credit. This is horrible service.

Friendly staff and careing Dr. She's not .y primary care physician but takes time to fully examine me and ask how I'm doing and seams really interested in my general health.
I waited two hours for the orthopedics department to tell me they're no longer doing shoulder injections because they are now a surgery unit. They told me to go to my primary care doctor. Am I now supposed to trust my primary care doctor to now give me shoulders injections of Cortizone. Please if that was the case, then I would've been going to my primary care doctor a long time ago for injections.
