It could improve on the care of our veterans. The wait times are herendous.
We are very fortunate to have the facility and personnel to get the care that we do. Every time I go to the main VA Center the parking lot is full, the hallways are full of veterans in wheelchairs, on crutches or barely able to walk on their own. I don't know how they are able to keep on the schedule that they do. Sure there may be some delays and inconveniences, but overall any complaints that I may have are minor and I appreciate having the VA available.
While I have no complaints with my PCP, the ER is a joke. Still sitting here 5 hours after checking in and getting vitals taken. Uncontrollable seizing of muscles to the point it's making the entire right side clench completely up. Half a dozen people in after me already seen because they had a cold and didn't feel well. (From their mouths, not mine) Nurse taking patients back tells my wife that this is just the way it is when she asks about it, then turns around and stomps back to the ER.
Veterans are family of all ages.. Medical was good even tho blood work was the only section I needed.
I'm a new to the system and it's great no complaints
The medical staff is all about the veteran. Caring and listening.
