Parking Sucks! Having to get a number, to talk to a tech. I got #225. 3 people were there. I had to wait, 45min just to see a tech. 15 min to pick up my meds. The clinic on 2-40 and Sooner is Awesome!
2x's in the ER no pain relief! Back pain is worse than childbirth! They said I couldn't get an MRI, because I had one last year! Well, obviously we need a new one! They didn't agree; however, the dr told me to get a second opinion... I would rather die at home, then die in pain at the va emergency room.
You do not really want opinion on yesterday's visit, it was the worst I have ever had.
The OKC VA has saved my life through alcohol and drug rehabilitation. I have first hand experienced the genuine care and professional attitude of the facility. There are always the physical problems of the facility, but the real life and breath of the hospital are it's people. Every employee from housekeeping to specialized doctors are always willing to offer help whether in directions or health issues. I am proud to be a United States Air Force veteran, this is my hospital!
