Putting this out there. We will never again do business with this socalled place..OhSnap cup cakes. Upon ordering these cakes for our party this weekend we were told by the employee taking our (prepaid) order that their "large" would feed 18 people each.?? A BIG obvious misconception. At $26 each this is a HUGE let down. Upon picking them up my girlfriend was very upset at the fact our order was not even ready when she arrive after placing this order several days ago. Kris, We do apologize that your sister had to wait for the king cakes to be frosted and sprinkled. Your king cakes should have been ready and that has been addressed with the decorating staff. Mardi Gras season ended with the beginning of Lent this past Ash Wednesday however we wanted to ensure that anyone wanting a King Cake in Pensacola would get one. Came in about a month ago to get a cake done for my sisters birthday with no idea on what I was going to get....they sat down with me and we walked through everything and ended up getting a beautiful delicious cake!!! Everyone was really helpful!!

We came to Oh Snap on short notice to make cupcakes for our wedding cake. They came out and set it up personally. The arrangement looked beautiful and tasted even better. The cake topper was perfect. I really think this is the best way to go when looking for a wedding cake.

Beware of Oh Snap Cupcakes and Bakery in Pensacola Florida! They are not professional, nor do they live up to what they advertise as their expertise. I have never been more disappointed or embarrassed by a product than I was over the wedding cake they sold to me for my daughter’s wedding. It arrived almost 2 hours later than we requested and while guests were arriving. I cannot thank Lee and and the OhSnap! team enough for my gorgeous wedding cake! Living out of state it was hard to make it to the shop so I sent OhSnap! a picture of a cake I had found online with a few details of things I wanted to change with specific colors. Being a previous customer I already knew what flavors I wanted and it was no problem for them to accommodate me. I quickly got a response the next day confirming my order. Okay this post serves as a warning to others. We excitedly ordered our wedding cake from oh snap 14 months before our wedding because their cupcakes are really good, they are very present at bridal expos, and they promised they could make the cake we wanted for our wedding. I feel like the quote we were given was far over what others in the area charge. But we decided to take the plunge. Boy was that a MISTAKE.
