Perfect place for fresh, gourmet cupcakes with the perk of vegan and gluten free options! The owner, Ms Lee, is one of the sweetest people I’ve met in Pensacola and truly cares about making customers happy. She demands great quality from herself and her employees and it shows. 10/10 recommend.

My Pensacola area friends, I feel I need to share my experience with the Oh Snap Cupcake bakery, on Cervantes St. I ordered a birthday cake from them, about two weeks ago. I told the person, taking my order, what I wanted, even showing her how I wanted the cake to look, using photos the establishment provided, and the flavors of the cake layers and filling. Respectfully Julie, we are so sorry this cake did not meet your expectations. We tried very hard to meet your expectations, without you giving us any pictures. When you picked it up, you said it wasn't what you wanted, so we added more flowers as you asked. The decorator missed her name on the cake, and so she scraped off and altered the inscription, adding more Roses as you wished. I ordered a gluten free Red Velvet cake for my birthday. It has been a while since I've had a birthday cake that I didn't bake myself, so I was pretty excited. My son and I decided the "look" of the cake together, and the lady taking the order was super patient and so kind with us. We picked the cake up today, and it truly exceeded my expectations.
