I ordered cupcakes yesterday morning for my mom’s birthday to pick up today at noon. I came in on time to get them today and the lady at the front could not find my order and asked if it could be under a different name. I told her I ordered a half a dozen yellow cake cupcakes with buttercream icing. Confused, she looked at the lady behind her on the phone, who said she dropped them on the floor this morning and could have a new batch ready in 30 minutes. Just a yearly reminder...DO NOT...I repeat do NOT order a cake for anything important! Attempted to use oh snap for our wedding cake last year and there was no cake to be seen. Terrible management that threw their own unknowing staff under the bus and excuses for what happened. They snuck in and brought about 24 cupcakes for 100 guests decorated with Halloween and other random colors and decorations. Today was my son's graduation party. I was so excited to surprise him with a lacrosse cake that I ordered in late April from Oh Snap Cupcakes and Bakery. Not only did they deliver a disaster of a cake 40 minutes late, it was also a completely different flavor (I ordered a chocolate and vanilla tuxedo cake, 2-tier, and was given a single tiered lemon cake) and looked NOTHING like what was discussed and what I was promised. Absolutely terrible service. When you make a mistake, you fix that mistake regardless of the cost and you dont leave your dirty work for someone else. Today was no exception to the other posts here that show the horrible customer service and products provided by this company. I ordered a strawberry pink champagne cake for my mom’s 72nd birthday while we were here in Pensacola. I ordered it from Indiana and had no idea what to expect. I was not disappointed! Everyone raves over the cake and my mom was beyond happy!
