Super disappointed after seeing photos of the cake they provided for and old friends wedding. I’m not understanding how they can continue to call themselves cake decorators. Especially after finding out the horrendous price they charged them. Now you won’t even give them a full refund. It’s not like this was a heavily decorated cake either guys. Disappointed in the wedding cake that a dear friend paid a good bit for over what is fair market value in the area. Not what was promised to a fair and reasonable bride who paid a year in advance for their product. Won’t be stopping by. Ever. Don’t waste your time.
The cake they provided for my brother’s wedding was terribly decorated. They where given a photo and over a year to prepare. The cake was baked the morning of and then put in the freezer so they could frost (they admitted to this) so when they cut the cut it literally crumbled. You could see the cake through the frosting, piping was terrible (wrong color) and leaning. They were 2 hours late getting the cake delivered. My husband bought 4 GF cupcakes for my birthday. Not a single one was edible, they were all so incredibly dry and overcooked. When he called them, they apologized and said they would refund the money (it was $16 for 4 cupcakes!). It's been over a month and they have not bothered to refund. Their product and customer service have gone way downhill in the past few years.

I want to start by saying, the generosity and kind hearted these folks have is amazing. There would be a 10 start for that if I could. Our close family friends 4 year old boy was diagnosed with Leukemia yesterday, and was no longer able to have his 4th Bday party, and all be wanted was a PJ Mask cake. I called midday yesterday asking about a dozen vegan cupcakes, but they only had a few left in the case. She offered to bake a batch for me for same day pick up to meet my needs!! Great customer service and the cupcakes were fantastic!
