I am SO glad that I found this place! The GF writing on the window was what caught my attention. I have recently relocated from Massachusetts and found Oh Snap while I was driving one day. They did not disappoint. I have been on a gluten free diet for 6+ years and can honestly say that they make the BEST GF desserts I ever had. She was working all alone today as two employees called in or didn’t show. The mini cupcakes were perfect and I felt bad she was working all alone. We are eating them now
I went to Oh Snap today and purchased two lemon drop cupcakes and one German chocolate cupcake. I haven’t been there in awhile. Something has changed with the cupcakes for the worse. You can barely taste the lemon in the lemon cupcake and the texture is weird. The German chocolate cupcake is very dry. The owner or someone needs to be made aware of this and FIX IT. I won’t be going back.

How can these people possibly still be making cakes for people and have over 4 stars, when there are so many 1 star reviews for this business and for good reason? The cakes are awful. Dry and tasteless and amateurishly decorated. Promises and expectations are woeful. Cakes are much better at Publix or any where else that makes cakes.
