No. Just no. If I could give them 0stars I would. They don’t even deserve a single star. I will never go there again. I went there for 9 months tasting their cupcakes to have for my wedding cake. We made this huge order. Wedding day came and there was no cake to be seen. They snuck in and delivered about 20 cupcakes of who knows what flavor for about 100 people. I attended a wedding on September 16 - the Luckenbill/Ludwig wedding. The bride was so excited about her wedding cake and cupcakes she had ordered from Oh Snap! I had seen the pictures and knew the flavors she had ordered. I can only say that when I saw her cake and cupcakes I was truly shocked. Not only did the cake look nothing like her pictures but the cupcakes were less than appealing in taste and appearance. If I could give less than 1 star I would. They absolutely ruined my wedding day. We were supposed to pick my wedding cake and cupcakes up at 10 am, not only were they not ready, I didn't get my order until 8 hours later. Needless to say the order was completely wrong. Warning, do NOT use them for weddings. I wanted to use them for my wedding because I prefer to support local businesses but it was an enormous regret that lead to unnecessary stress and tears on my wedding day. When I signed up and prepaid for a tasting, the person we were supposed to meet with was more than 30 minutes late but I over looked it, assuming it was a fluke.
