A 2 because the lady we ordered from was nice. My fiance and I went in here to order a dozen cupcakes for her birthday. We got two cupcakes that day and they were delicious. Moist, flavorful, etc. Got the cupcakes for the party, and they were beautiful. We took them home and they literally crumbled apart from being so dry. There is no way they were fresh. I had my wedding cake from here and it was delicious!! It was so moist and flavorful. I am so happy I chose this place for my wedding cake!!
I used Oh Snap for my wedding cake. I'm extremely disappointed with their punctuality and professionalism. I ordered my cake and paid in full months in advance. I called three days before the wedding to check in and make sure everything was going as scheduled. They were suppose to deliver my cake by 3pm for my wedding that started at 4pm. Cake didn't show up until 5:30pm. So I went with an empty cake table for a good bit of my reception. Malayne, Your cake was delivered on time at approximately 3:30PM by two staff members. The venue signed for your cake, and noted the time. Unfortunately the venue kept your cake in their wine cooler as is customary for this venue. The cake you saw being delivered at 5:30 was actually a 2nd wedding that we were catering at that venue. So the only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because of the amazing service we had yesterday. Yesterday we came in looking for vegan cupcakes only to be told that they didn't have any. My grandma chose to still get a cupcake and they gave it to us for free. Today we went in super excited to get vegan cupcakes. They had 3 options so we ended up getting all 3. I would also like to add that our recipe does NOT call for lemon extract and we NEVER use it, as we use real lemon to maintain freshness of our cupcakes.
