It truly saddens me to see someone 'rudely' aire their disatisfaction on a Well established community 'contributor'-\-\ private business woman, not a 'run-of the mill' chain; down to the ground. My wedding is five days from now, and they cancelled my order last night. I had several email discussions with Ms Lee, and thought we had come to an agreement on the order. I paid the deposit amount five days later. Never received any notification that there was any problem with my order. In fact, never received anything from them for over two months, until my mother went in to drop off a fabric swatch to match the colors for my cake and she was told there was no order. I normally don't bad mouth vendors or businesses but brides BEWARE of oh snap. I don't want what happened to me happen to you. I won a gift certificate from a bridal expo on 5/26/16 and due to them neglecting to sign it they accused me of trying to provide a counterfeit certificate and will not honor it. We even called shortly after receiving the certificate to verify it was valid. We were told they sign it when we turned it in and were assured that it was valid.
