Every time we go there it is different yesterday the rids where dry and the prime rib was extremely fatty
Food could have been hot it was cold the ribs was a little tough did not like the mashed potatoes no flavor I may go back but the floors in the dinning area was left unclean food was all over the floors I wonder how clean is the kitchen?????
The waitress dumped a glass of sweet tea on an 80 year old man, he was wet from his chest to his knees and it’s 30° outside! Then she told the table behind her it wasn't her fault.
They specially made two drinks for me and Chad kept our party satisfied to the end!
Went with a group! We had a blast! Good food! Exceptional service! Chad was awesome! Thank u Chad for your service and sense of humor! Plan on returning soon! �� The manager was great too! Hope he relayed the Kudos to u Chad?!
The food was great my husband and I think that O'Charleys have the best Prime Ribs. Much better than any steakhouse we have visited.
Usually it is very good with great service but not last night. Hopefully it was just an off night..
Everything was excellent. That aside I have to include this additional note to get to my required 50 characters.
The steaks were superb. The salad was fresh. The service was excellent. Christina was courteous, prompt, and very helpful. The goo goo cluster pie was to die for!!!
