Friday evening at 6 ... poor service... and they was not busy... soup was bland... vegetables was unseasoned ... soda fountain carbonation was off calibration...

My wife and I went there for dinner. And we waited over 10minute. But no one came to the table. Very poor service and poor management.
Shame on home office! The servers at this location do the best they can with what they have so I have no complaints about them. My complaint is with the higher ups. You executives know how many customers come to this location every hour of the day. It's a shame that you are so money hungry that you refuse to staff your locations adequately. If you want terrible service and terrible food then this is the place for you. Manager and server never even gave us there names. First time we even had a waitress they just said what yah want to drink. Steak was cooked so bad... ordered medium rare. The stop was burns the bottom not cooked. Worse steak I’ve ever seen at a restaurant.
It is a wonderful place to eat, love the atsmophere!
The Ocharleys in Pensacola, Florida is absolute trash. The servers are awful, everything took too long, food was disgusting, just overall a horrible place. I love the Ocharleys from my hometown but this one just wasn't it.
Very affordable and our waitress was friendly.
Great service and very friendly atmosphere the potato soup is oh so good.
