Terrible incompetent staff. Took forever for drinks rolls and our main dish. I tried to be understanding and patient. But that only goes so far. Food wasnt made right and the manager tried to fix things but was clueless and not management material. We won't be back. I don't know why customer service has went out the window but it has and it's very sad. I'll stick to driving to Daph Alabama to get my O Charley's fix. They are great! Always satisfied there. All o Charley's def aren't created equal.

great Food, great atmosphere
I went to Ocharleys on Davis for my lunch break. I was starving because I hadn’t eaten anything today yet. We were seated and 27 minutes later no one had even come for a drink order. We finally just left. So now I have to go back and finish the other half of my work day still starving. Horrible !

Our server was pleasant and helpful but the food was terrible and expensive. We went for a birthday feast and it was the most disappointing meal ever. Since there is no place to private message on their FB page I'll have to post it publicly. I have no idea how a restaurant can screw up steak and potatoes but y'all did it three times.
The chef could not cook a steak the way it was ordered. My brother-in-law ordered the top sirloin medium - it came out well. I ordered a well done chopped steak and it was raw inside. I received my well done steak finally, but it was burnt on the bottom. My brother-in-law didn't receive his steak for another 30 minutes or longer. My sister called over the manager to complain. Took us 10 minutes to get seated, because the hostess wouldn’t put someone on hold that couldn’t make up their mind on a reservation, then our waitress decided to tell another waitress to sit people in her own section next time. On top of that the French dip sandwiches were cold, the Au Jus was cold and when I asked for butter for my sweet potatoes she brought them to me after taking the ticket for two other tables and clearing a table, so that I was done with my meal by the time the waitress got it to me. It took 45 minutes to get our food. There were 2 of us and my 1 year old niece. We were never offered a high chairs l. I can understand this on a busy night, but it was at 3 pm and there were only 7 other tables. Once the food arrived, it was cold. Asked for extra napkins, never got them.
