I ordered lightly seasoned salmon and was brought blackened salmon. The blackened salmon was taken back, but the sides were left. Then when the salmon was brought back it wasn't cooked through. I asked another server to come to my table. I told her what was going on and she took the plate. And went to order me a new plate. I paid my check and was given a free pie coupon and a coupon for a free entree. I'm not sure I will be going back!

Just left, worst service ever seen. Our waitress was more worried about another table that came way after us. Even served them drinks and bread before us. My mother and I requested prime rib. Came back and said their was only 1 prime rib left. On a Thursday at 8, when you serve prime rib only Thursday thru Sunday only. Gave us a menu to find other options and went back to the other table, again, and got their order where the lady asked for prime rib medium rare. Absolute TRASH!! Is how I feel of the new menu....the "new" chicken pasta is the most DISGUSTING fresh out of a frozen bag ass nastiness I ever had. The ONLY reason I ever ate here is the pasta.....im taking my business to outback!!

We had a birthday celebration at O’Charleys on Davis Hwy in Pensacola Fl for my husband,Thomas and our “other daughter “, Corina we all had the prime rib that was awesome and all our food was excellent but foremost our server “Ryleigh” was superior very professional and so attentive she was right on point with everything Thank you Ryleigh for making our birthday celebration so enjoyable !!! You are one terrific young lady �
Went to O'Charley's Saturday, February 24 with my family. Had been looking forward to it as we don't go out to eat much. Got there ready to place our order and was told there were no ribs (well that's what my husband and oldest son wanted to eat) then proceeded to order an appetizer and was told they were out of potato skins (our favorites).
