Great food, service and most of all very friendly and accommodating staff! Loved the atmosphere & pricing was very reasonable! Shout out to O'Charley's!
Everything was wonderful as usual and the free pie was a great addition!
Yesterday me & My friend went to eat at O'Charley's, he had never been, and I haven't ate there in years so I decided to try it out. Our waitress Karen C was very rude to us. Never came to our table to check on us. When I addressed her about the matter, she stated "I'm to busy" cuz it's Free Pie Wednesday" during the whole time I'm seated, I observed how she treated her other tables. Needless to say the waitress Karen C was very racist and rude.
Awesome Restaurant with awesome steak and the service is great!
We ordered food to go, they told us 20 minutes. We arrived in 20 minutes and got our food to go, we only live a few blocks away. When we got it home everything was cold and the prim rib sandwich was soggy, we were so disappointed. Why did they leave it sit like that??
The food was great, the server, name Rick,was very hospitable.. I will definitely come back,and ask for Rick. He was awesome.
