I am so glad you have the prime rib all the time now -I stopped for lunch and had the prime rib it was delish also my server Erwin was wonderful such great service from him- this was in Pensacola Florida
They have good food and a great menu. The wait staff is friendly and attentive. The free pie Wednesday should get anybody in the door and happy when they leave. Event room could use some attention.
I really want to say nice things about this place as I really enjoy the rolls, steaks, and the Pepsi products yum. But for the past few times the ribs have been subpar. No where near fall off the bone quality and that is a huge no no in my book. I realize sometimes wait staff can be under pressure but I was gosh awful thirsty and was so throughout my meal. Not impressed w/ my meal at all. ordered chicken from the $9.99 menu and expected some type of vegetable w/ it. It only had a chicken breast, pasta and nothing green whatsoever. No veggies in the pasta and no salad. Not worth $9.99 at all. Super greasy too. Disappointing
The food was good, but the bread looked like the cooks ate the bottom half and threw the smashed leftovers in a basket and served it to us. Too bad I can't add a picture of the bread.
we had a party of nine. Our server was Nico. He made our evening awesome. Food was 9out of ten. Drinks were on point. Felt well taken care of and left completely satisfied. Thank you ocharleys .......give Nico a raise.
