Their steaks are incredible! Fav is the Cowboy Sirloin.
What an incredible customer service! Today I ordered a small lunch with a side salad and soup for pick up. I then realized that I had given my teenage daughter my debit card this morning and embarrassed called O'Charleys back up and told them to cancel my order. instead of getting mad at me the girl told me it was on the house this time! Do you know I just told tons of people on my Facebook page what a great company you have and how delicious your poblano chowder is! good food,great service. Might want to revamp your Father's Day gift card wording on your door. It says you only get ONE $5 gift card with the purchase of a $25 gift card yet your email ad to my Yahoo and the one advertised on this page says you get TWO $5 gift cards. Just an FYI.
