The staff is great but my chips (chips and queso appetizer) were undercooked
I ordered prime rib medium well and they brought it to me rare I sent back and brought it back again rarer so it was a horrible experience. I ended up going down the street and grabbing a hamburger.
Bathrooms need work by corporation. Staffing great, out waiter Dylan was on spot.
I was most impressed with the staff. I attended a private gathering and they were very accommodating to our needs.
The food was excellent - the steak melted in my mouth. Waitress went out of her to provide excellent customer service.
I love this place. Me and my husband had the best server. Steve was amazing even though he was so busy and kept getting sat. Never had to ask for anything, Steve was always right there filling drinks or offering whatever it was we where just about to ask for. On top of that he was so nice and had the best personality. We will be back and requesting Steve!
Our server had zero personality. The chips for the queso were practically raw, my wife's pork chop was undercooked. My trio appetizer was okay. I seriously doubt I'll go to O'Charley's again.
