We had to wait over an hour to get our food...it came in segments..I went to speak to the manager and asked him to come out and see what was going on in his restaurant...only 20% of pur party had their food....he said he couldn't do that and cook the food too....He said he knew it was going to be a bad day when they accepted the party of 50.....They then try to compensate us with ice cream ....my spoon was dirty. Finally at 8:45...we had to take 4 plates to go...please note we got there at 6:45.

We visited tonight and were lucky enough to get Rick as our server. You literally could not ask for better service. He was so friendly and so sweet and made our experience perfect. My son quickly befriended him and asked if he could hug Rick. It was the sweetest. I hope he gets some kind of recognition because you definitely don’t come across people like this often. Thanks, Rick❤️❤️❤️

I have been to o'charleys tons of times and have never gotten the horrible service like I did tonight. slow, unattentive, unapologetic. when I asked to speak to the manager, he was too busy in the kitchen. I get that, but my experience from beginning to end was less than pleasing and felt he should know. I don't know if we will be back anytime soon.

I ordered the Chicken Parmesan. When I got it, there was no marina on the spaghetti- just dry. So I asked for some marinara and I was told there was a .50 charge for extra. So not wanting to eat it dry, I said ok. They brought out what was the size or smaller of what they put butter in. Covered about 1/4 of the pasta. Food was terrible. Ordered the filet. Asked for it to be cooked medium. It shows up rare. Sent it back and then it’s medium rare. Broccoli is cold. No seasoning on the steak. Truly the worst Meal I have had in a very long time
