Great food and service will be back soon
The staff is excellent from the minute we walk in! We always ask for Tolisha Hawkins, she always takes care of us! Service is perfect, food is excellent! Atmosphere is very family friendly! YES, we will be back!
This is the WORST eating establishment I have ever been to. The food and service is AWFUL! When picking up a call in order it's never correct and items missing but you are charged for. Everybody had an attitude even the Manager he is worthless and have an I don't care attitude...I will NEVER step foot in Fultondale O'charleys again! It's a shame when management doesn't correct any problems that you experience. Just big and sorry!!!!
My family and I will NOT be back to the Fultondale, Alabama location. I will say this one start rating is simply because of the experience with the manager and hostesses. Our server Emily had already left for the day, and after complaining to management for a nearly 2 hour wait, Emily came back and worked our party. Her service was spectacular. The manager Joe is consistent. We always receive the highest service when he is there. My family eats out 4 nights a week. OCharleys Fultondale is always on our list. The servers are amazing special shout out to Talisha. Tip: Try the Louisiana sirloin .
