Well the food was great they had great service and they really have good food
Great food. My second time there on my trip to visit family/friends in Michigan. You should stop there if you ever get a chance!!

The staff is excellent by today's standards, and one in particular is exceptional - Tamara W. Several ladies (13) showed up Tuesday and she not only accommodated us on her own, she demonstrated superior service, and with a sincere friendly smile. I also had a 20% off coupon and this O'Charlies location is very gracious in allowing the discount for each person at our table. Not all locations allow that. So THANK YOU Fultondale O'Charlie's, you have our gratitude and loyalty! 😀

Not Fultondale, AL one. Food was horrible bug in margarita, second one had no flavor. Server wasn’t concerned when we complained worst experience at any restaurant I’ve ever had. Would not recommend anyone going to eat in this nasty place.
This is one of our favorite restaurants but today was not a good experience for my daughter and grandson the service they received was not good today at all but don’t worry we will be back just hope next time is better!
Chicken was burned and so small! Service was slow even though it wasn’t crowded.
It was way to hot. Service was terrible.
