Slow service not very friendly
Not Fultondale, AL one. Food was horrible bug in margarita, second one had no flavor. Server wasn’t concerned when we complained worst experience at any restaurant I’ve ever had. Would not recommend anyone going to eat in this nasty place.

so me and my husband went here to eat last night. it was our 1st time at an ocharleys. our waitress hannah was horrible. we where put in a section by our selves. she brought us our drinks. We had to get another waiter to hunt her down to take our food order. another waiter brought us our food. The rice pilaf was the worse i have ever had with no vegetables in it. the steaks where perfect. Fultondale location : Boo place needs some spiffing up. Tables sticky. Dishes and silverwear were wet. Were quickly seated but waited almost an hour on food. Combo baby back/steak dinner disappointing. Ribs were good, steak had zero flavor and was chewy. Out of cherry pie. Inattentive servers. Won't visit that location again.
