The service was terrible! I was part of a big party.. The waitress seem as if she couldn't handle a really big party! We never got refills on drinks.. But will I return maybe!
Always love the atmosphere and the food. Great service, excellent cuisine. Would recommend to anyone traveling through the north Jefferson county area.
Joe Moore, the on duty manager was called due to there being a hair in my mother's dinner. He was nonchalant, extremely rude, and dismissive of the entire incident. After showing the hair to our waitress she hurried to go get him, he responded at our table, "I don't see it, but whatever." The entire ordeal was nothing short of utter disappointment. It was ok. I was there for happy hour my appetizer was supposed to be 3 dollars and they charged me full price. Service was average

Megan was a great waitress and helped with a surprise!
Well, it's supposed to be kids eat free but.... we took four children with us and knowing the oldest was too old to eat from the kids menu we had her order like an adult. The waitress (Harley) was friendly but not very through on her service. After a decent meal service I was handed my check and got a huge surprise on the fact that the Fultondale O'Charlies only allows 1 kid per adult entree'.
